I have had the honour of working with our community for the past ten years and I find myself, if possible, more excited than ever. There is no place I would rather work because this place of learning is fun, it is experiential and it is alive with meaning. Our students share their joy and energy with everyone in the building who is lucky enough to work with them; from teaching staff to administration, custodial staff to parents and visitors, we are all King David.

Whether you are looking for a school for your child, searching for a way to support the values of a Jewish education, or simply wanting a place to volunteer, I invite you to be a part of our King David community and family. Come walk the halls of King David with us and experience the positivity and warmth that permeates the building. Our students know that their teachers care about them as individuals and that they truly want them to achieve personal success. We focus on both the academic and social needs of our students – our goal is to best support each student as they grow into well-rounded, intelligent, caring, engaged individuals who live their Judaism and whom any of us would be proud to call “friend.”

King David is a place where the heart and soul are as important as the intellect. It’s where the development of strong work habits, a positive attitude, an ability to overcome challenge, and to ask questions are a part of daily life. As you discover the fine academic, Jewish, arts, extracurricular and athletic programs offered by King David High School, it is my hope that you will feel what we feel every day – that you are home.

The King David High School website is the hub of communications between the parents, students, staff and broader community. Please check back regularly so that we can keep you up to date with the latest at King David.
