We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic and compassionate French Teacher to join our school family. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for teaching and inspire students to be actively engaged developing their skills in French language learning. The teacher will have the ability to teach Grades 8 through 12, and work cooperatively with their colleagues. The ability to teach in another subject area would be an asset. The teacher will also be involved in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that enhance students’ experiences at school. This position has a lot of preparation time, and mentorship is available, to support the teacher in their transition to our King David family.

Teacher on Call
We are seeking a number of Teachers on Call across all teaching disciplines for daily and temporary coverage during the current school year. A successful candidate will:
  • Be certified to teach in British Columbia
  • Have experience with and knowledge of BC Ministry curricula
  • Have a Bachelors degree in his/her teaching specialty
  • Have experience in incorporating technology for learning
  • Work consistently, with kindness and flexibility to support students in their learning
  • Work cooperatively with teachers, parents, and school community members
  • Have a strong team orientation
  • Possess excellent planning and organization skills
  • Promote student-centered learning in his/her daily classes
