LEARNING FROM ALUMNI

The Law 12 class had the opportunity to hear from a group of Law students from UBC, including King David alum Adam Sanders (Class of 2014). They offered their perspective on what pathway each of them followed to Law school and answered questions from the class about their university experience.

The students also explored an example case involving a personal injury claim from a road hockey game. Students were divided into groups to argue from the plaintiff’s or the defendant’s side. Of course, only half of the class were happy with Judge Gorski’s ruling!
SPREADING CHESED

Grade 12 students Ilana Guez, Keren Katz, Isaac Liedemann, and Vida Sussman worked hard to create booklets called “Everything You Need to Know About Hanukkah” to be placed in food hampers put together by VTT for the Jewish Family Services Food Drive.
