About the Position:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our administration team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with people, enjoy administrative tasks, and be detail-orientated as the position primarily assists the Business Manager in the daily operations of the accounting office through:

  • Recording and reconciling day-to-day financial transactions
  • Preparing, posting and making deposits (visa, cheques, PayPal)
  • Providing requested reports through QuickBooks and Excel
  • Assisting with enrollment process, posting and maintaining accounts receivable records
  • Assisting with accounting administrative procedures including yearly audit
  • Aiding in research and compilation on information as needed

This position is part or full-time (60-100%) – to be considered with successful applicant.

Requirements for the Positions:
  • Minimum of 5 years in bookkeeping or similar role using Quickbooks
  • Solid understanding and application of accounting principles and language
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time well
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada

Teacher on Call
We are seeking a number of Teachers on Call across all teaching disciplines for daily and temporary coverage during the current school year.

A successful candidate will:
  • Be certified to teach in British Columbia
  • Have experience with and knowledge of BC Ministry curricula
