Discover why so many families choose King David!

If you or someone you know has a child entering Grade 8 through 11
next year, this evening is not to be missed!

The King David Open House is one of the best opportunities for prospective parents and students to discover why our families choose King David. During the evening, families will be welcomed by our Head of School, Russ Klein, hear from students and alumni, and explore the school during an interactive tour. In our classrooms, students will be conducting science experiments, debating in Judaic Studies, and making delicious treats for you in the Foods room!

Everyone is welcome! Please share!

A Sukkot Message from Rabbi Berger

Often, the key to discovering the theme of a holiday is to see how it is described in our prayers. The Siddur refers to Sukkot as Zman Simchateinu: "the Time of Our Joy." Sukkot is designed as a one-week workshop on joy!

For seven days, we move out of our protected, insulated, heated house, into a little hut called a Sukkah. But this should make us feel uneasy – how is this supposed to make us happy?

Leeor, Leora, and Justine, Grade 12, prepare for Sukkot!

Shabbat Shalom!
