A Look Back at Term 1!

Winter break is here and as we get ready for vacation time, please take a few moments to see some of the experiences we have shared since the start of the year.

We wish you all a safe and warm break and look forward to welcoming everyone back on Monday, January 6.

Clowning Around!

L- R: Brad, Josh, Sydney, Leah, Daniela, Alyssa, Rachel, Magalee and Justin (on the floor)

This term, Ms. Ralph’s Grade 8 Drama students have studied the art of clowning and slapstick comedy. From medieval Jester’s, to Mr. Bean, to the clowns of Cirque du Soleil, students have explored the components of live comedy. The performances were outstanding, with highlights including the classic pie-in-the-face trick, as well as some hilarious professional basketball player character clowns. Thanks to all of our clowns for their enjoyable performances, and for making the last week of this year even more fun!
